Jacques is 70 years old, his face looks marked, he is anxious as he enters the TV room decorated for his 70 year old wife Lucie on her special birthday.She is sitting in front of him but she can’t see him. She has dementia. Today is the day when he is trying to reconnect with her whatever it takes.
Director Biography – de Prémonville Louise
After ethnology studies, a period in a professional dance troupe and many years as a film editor, I started to write and direct my own short films. They were selected and rewarded in festivals around the world (Palm Springs, Aspen, Clermont-Ferrand, Aubagne, Seoul, Troia, Ebensee…). I directed my 4th short film The body of old (Le Corps des vieux) in 2016 and co-writing a feature length film screenplay « A PORTA GAYOLA ».
